1. Data Collection and Usage: We employ third-party analytics tools to enhance our Service. User-generated content, including photos taken by users, is exclusively utilized for AI analysis to answer user queries and is not repurposed otherwise.

Terms of Use

Please review these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using our mobile application (the “Service”) operated by AI Math (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Access and use of the Service are conditioned on your acceptance of and adherence to these Terms, which apply to all visitors, users, and others seeking to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any portion of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

Communications

By creating an Account with us, you consent to receive newsletters, promotional materials, and other communications from us. You may opt out of receiving some or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any email we send.

Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly schedule (“Billing Cycle”).

Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it or AI Math cancels it. Subscription renewal can be canceled via your iTunes account management page or by reaching out to Apple’s customer support.

Fee Changes

AI Math reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time, with changes taking effect after the current Billing Cycle. Notice of fee changes will be provided in advance, allowing you to cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect.

If you continue to use the Service after the fee change, you agree to pay the adjusted amount.

Refunds

Except as required by law, payments for Subscriptions are non-refundable.

Content

Our Service allows users to post, share, and store various content, including information, text, graphics, and videos (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content you post, including its legality and appropriateness.

By posting Content, you confirm that (i) the Content is your property or you have the rights to use and license it as outlined in these Terms, and (ii) the Content does not infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user who infringes on copyrights.

While you retain rights to any Content you submit, by posting Content through the Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, display, and distribute such Content. This license also allows us to make your Content accessible to other Service users.

AI Math reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review and edit all user-provided Content.

Additionally, Content on the Service is either owned by AI Math or used with permission. You may not use, modify, or distribute it for commercial or personal gain without explicit written permission from us.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party sites not owned or controlled by AI Math. We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

AI Math is not liable for any loss or damage related to third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Math and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or any Content you post.

AI Math and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) third-party conduct on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access to your Content or transmissions.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. AI Math does not warrant that (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, (b) errors will be corrected, or (c) results from the Service will meet your expectations.

Exclusions

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so some terms above may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive those rights. If a provision is deemed invalid, the rest of the Terms will remain effective. These Terms constitute the entire agreement concerning our Service.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you at least 30 days before they take effect.

By continuing to use our Service after revisions, you agree to the new Terms.
